Aside from being quite tired at the moment, I've had a really nice day. I spent the morning in my robe drinking tea and working on my website. I took a break around 11am and went back to bed for a bit of a nap. A phone call woke me up. It was Vicki ringing to tell me her daughter would be stopping by in about oh, two minutes to pick up a bag of goodies that I've been collecting for her. That worked out well.

Rod made his breakfast (my lunch) and we watched a couple of TV shows. Afternoon was again spent working on my site (today I set up a few newsfeeds and started on adding web links. I've also got one recipe in the recipe area. It's coming along.

David H. dropped in for a bit, and then for tea tonight we had our usual pizza while watching a new episode of Doctor Who.

The last few days my glucose readings have been high in the mornings. I'm not sure what to make of it. Will keep an eye on it though.
